Piñatas and an Interview

Yesterday, Lorena, the person who runs the guest house where we are staying, invited us to a birthday party for her one-year-old goddaughter. It was great fun - an afternoon event with THREE piñatas and birthday cake. There were lots of children to hit the piñatas, and they did so without blindfolds. Even so, it took awhile for the piñatas to break. At the very end of the last piñata, several of the BECA students were asked to hit the piñata HARD to get all of the remaining candy out of the assorted limbs. Here, you see Lydia Bell taking a whack at it.

This morning, we conducted an audio interview of John Bell, one of the founders of Transitions who chooses to remain behind the scenes. He does not want to be featured on the video, but he has been such a major contributor to Transitions and he has such a wealth of information, that we wanted the background information with which he could provide us.
